Client engagements

Nothing on this site forms part of a contract for services. Work for clients is governed by a Services Agreement, signed once for the relationship, and a Statement of Work for each project. Together they set out:

• ownership of deliverables, and the background know-how and tools Sapience keeps;
• confidentiality for both parties;
• fees, payment terms, warranty and limitation of liability;
• governing law and venue.

If anything on this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

Governing law

This site and these terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes about this site that are not covered by a signed agreement go to Vestfold tingrett.
